Partnerships & BD Lead – Digital Platform
The Position:
Our client is a prominent professional services firm, providing a blend of digital platforms and service offerings. They are part of a larger, established Asian conglomerate, providing you with the opportunity to leverage a strong network in Singapore and the wider ASEAN market.
This is a mid-level opportunity ideal for someone early in their leadership journey. You’ll be leading a small, collaborative team of 3, gaining hands-on experience in people management and delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to drive the expansive growth of our digital platform through strategic partnerships. This pivotal role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and cultivating mutually beneficial alliances with leading corporations and professional associations, creatively embedding our solutions into new ecosystems. While managing your P&L and team, you will directly enable the success of the overall business and sales teams by opening new distribution channels and expanding market access. You will lead commercial discussions, driving platform adoption by leveraging partner networks and effective go-to-market strategies. This role requires a broad, creative commercial mindset to build and maintain long-term relationships while collaborating closely with internal Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to unlock untapped market segments and strengthen our overall market strategy.
Requirements:
You have over 10 years’ experience in business development or corporate partnerships, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. You may be from any industry such as Tech, Software, Media & Entertainment, e-commerce, or EdTech, with strong familiarity in working with B2B or B2B2C channels. With a strong track record, you are highly resourceful and able to think creatively to broker win-win partnerships between companies.
