Our Consultants

Our founder and Accounting & Finance Lead is Ross Bowerbank, an experienced executive recruiter with a distinguished track record in placing senior finance professionals in both London and Singapore. His expertise spans multiple sectors, with a particular specialisation within Singapore’s energy and commodities trading industries. Ross works closely with trading firms to appoint professionals in Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Trade Finance, while also supporting searches in Trading, Risk, Operations, and Shipping as a secondary focus.

Kelly Bowerbank (Chua) is our Education & Training Lead, specialising in executive search across the entire learning spectrum, from Early Childhood to University and Executive Education. Drawing on her background in talent management, she excels at placing high-calibre professionals in commercial, operational, and academic leadership positions, including functions such as Admissions, Advancement and General Management. She also maintains a strong secondary specialisation in B2B sales and commercial leadership appointments.
As Research & Administration Executive, Carmina Brion plays a key role in identifying and assessing top talent. With a Master’s Degree in Psychological Services and drawing upon her background in psychometric testing and educational assessments, she brings a keen eye for evaluating candidate potential, providing sound advice and recommendations to our consultants.
