Head of Admissions 

We are recruiting a Head of Admissions for an established K–12 international school that is part of a larger, prestigious global network. With a solid foundation established, this pivotal leadership role calls for a mature leader to build on existing momentum, deepening parent engagement while driving enrolment growth.

This is a unique opportunity to represent a highly compelling brand, supported by a sizeable and mature Admissions and Enrolment team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the senior management, this role owns the entire family experience, from the first inquiry through final enrollment. Partnering with the marketing team, you will oversee the strategy and personalized parent engagement, managing the intricate application review process in collaboration with school leadership. As the brand ambassador, alongside the wider team, you will actively represent them at key community and industry events.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in admissions, enrollment management, or Business Development within the Education sector (International School/ Early Childhood/ Higher Education). You are grounded and mature in managing a senior team, while maintaining genuine professionalism.
